A lot of our work is done on a regular basis, so we have all the information necessary to help you run your business better.
We can do your bookkeeping (in house or at your premises) daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. Not only does this allow you to stop worrying about missed dates for VAT and the like, but it means that we produce (and review) your basic records, so you get regular advice about how your business in performing, and what you can easily do better. We believe it's better to make small corrections often, so it's easy to make the changes that guide you to fulfil your personal goals as a business person.
We do the annual accounts too. These follow on promptly from the bookkeeping, or we can do them as a stand alone activity, if you want to do your own books. If you do, we will help you spend the minimum time for the maximum result.
If your business needs an audit, we can do that as well.
And naturally, we will review regularly what impact your business decisions have, and suggest what steps you can take to minimise your tax liability.
As well as all this, we can help with formal (or informal) business plans and cash flow forecasts for a variety of needs, assist you in dealing effectively with your staff, guiding you where necessary though the jungle of employment legislation, and ensuring that you do not fall foul of this ever expanding area.
You may need expertise in quality or motivating staff to perform, or other issues you need to address. If we can't do it ourselves, we have many trustworthy contacts, so you can rely upon us to do or recommend whatever needs to be done.
