Achievements
First accountancy practice to achieve BS5750 and TQM system.
Sat on ICAEW working party on quality/TQM, culminating in

Started practice from scratch in 1982, sold in 1991 when turning over £0.5m
Started quality consultancy in 1990, specialising in service sector quality and cultural change, which was bought out by other director in 1992
Acted as company secretary/sole director of franchise with 60+ outlets for 2 years, turning round large losses to profits and ultimate sale of the business
Formed local ISP in 1995, and formed ISPA, the UK Internet trade body, and was its first finance director.
Currently running small accountancy practice with 50%+ consultancy work in growing small businesses
Lectures/runs occasional courses on Customer Care, Quality and TQM, and Business Planning

The principal of the firm is a member of ACCA and as such is entitled to use the title "Chartered Certified Accountant".
