Nick Hixson

FCA FCCA FCMI FRSA ACIQA NLP Master therapist
Peter Drucker Society Europe Associate
Nick formed the practice in 1982, and sold it in 1991 when it was a top 500 practice. After guiding the practice to achieve ISO9000 status (the first to do so) and instigating a Total Quality Management system, he sat on the Institute of Chartered Accountants working party on quality and TQM.
He started a quality consultancy specialising in service sector and cultural change, and then acted as change manager to a national franchise to turn round the company from losses to eventual sale. After reforming the accountancy practice, he formed an internet service provider in 1995, and formed ISPA, the UK internet trade body, and acted as its first finance director. He has written numerous short articles on small business matters, an e-book on customer care, and a book published for his children with ideas on living a thoughtful life, which has concepts readily useable in business.
He specialises in small business issues, with a particular emphasis on business improvement, strategic planning and complex taxation issues.
Nick is one of only three Peter Drucker Society Europe Associates in the UK.
